At Roots and Beyond, we carefully pack and ship every order through reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure your products reach you safely.
Shipping within India:
We offer free shipping across India, subject to courier serviceability of the destination PIN code.
Dispatch & Delivery:

Orders are generally dispatched within 15–18 days from order confirmation. This timeline allows us to carefully prepare, quality-check, and securely pack your order.

Sundays and public holidays are excluded from the dispatch timeline.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 5-7 working days, depending on the destination, distance, and logistics partner.

Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For time-bound delivery requirements, customers may contact our support team. While we will make every reasonable effort, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping:
We also accept international orders.
For international shipments, additional courier charges will apply based on the product weight, package dimensions, destination country, and buyer's ZIP/postal code. The applicable shipping charges will be calculated and communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are not included in the shipping fee and are payable by the customer, wherever applicable.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the email address or contact details provided at the time of ordering.
An order may occasionally be delivered in more than one package, particularly when products are dispatched from different locations.
Serviceability & Delivery Delays:
Delivery is subject to the serviceability and coverage of our courier partners. If a destination is not serviceable, Roots and Beyond may contact the customer to explore an alternative delivery arrangement.
While we work closely with our logistics partners, courier or postal delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control cannot be guaranteed against. We will, however, assist with tracking and coordination wherever possible.
Order Cancellation:
All orders placed on Roots and Beyond are considered final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Customers are requested to carefully review the product details, quantity, shipping address, and other order information before confirming their purchase.
